PRESS RELEASE - FOR IMMEDIATE PUBLICATION

Shiva and the Hazards are excited to announce the release of the video for their new single, Revolution Son.

Mixed by Mark Gardener of RIDE, Revolution Son is the first taste from their debut album, expected in 2021, and their follow up from last year's single, Angkor Wat.

That release coincided with back to back slots supporting British shoegaze legends RIDE and fellow 90s hitmakers CAST, on what was the Melbourne band's first major tour of Australia and New Zealand.

The accompanying video for Revolution Son features footage from their home town shows on that tour at the iconic Forum Theatre and Corner Hotel.

With Shiva and the Hazards having been previously compared to the likes of The Verve, The Stone Roses and the DMA's, Revolution Son sees the four-piece delve more into their psychedelic rock and roll side, taking cues from the likes of Black Rebel Motorcycle Club and The Black Angels.

A track that is fitting for this moment in history, Revolution Son is out now, along with its video.
